coffee grinder trapping crystals

Swim purchased a $10 coffee grinder to make brown rice flower and started bidding up his bud in it, swim wishes he bought the thing earlier as it would have saved him hours of looking for scissors and cutting it up by hand!

He grinded 14 grams so far and has collected beautiful yellow,fluffy,sticky lint-like pot that was stuck in various places Swim thought it was loaded in thc so he pulled out his pipe as it could never be wasted in a joint! 4 tokes and swim was blazed all night "cough,cough " that shit was harsh!

swim says this is great when smoking with friends as you can burn them on the crystal stripped bud and keep the good stuff for future combo-trips or when swigs tolerance to weed gets high.


swim is thinking of putting some kind of net or wire mesh in the grinder to catch the fluffy lighter stuff even more....any ideas would be appreciated

Don't grind the bud too much, the heat from the motor and the cutting action decreases the thc level. Swim has one also.

^^ Thanks for the warning! swim only uses it for a few seconds at a time but sooner or later he would have put a handful of bud in and burned it up, you saved swim thc!

Also, the fine dust that collects in the top and around the sides, swim saves his until it is a bowl full. Works wonder.

put a lighter up to the lid of the coffee grinder and heat it up for about 10 seconds.
then grind it and a LOT more of that "devil dust" will collect up. make sure to not heat it to much, or weed will start sticking to it too.
use a paintbrush to brush it all out of the lid.

The dust is called "kief" I'm thinkin.
My friend has a grinder like that and we pretty much die after smoking the kief after a long day of busting/smoking.
