Opium poppy VIA order online?

For America, is realy legit for someone to purchase seeds online(persian white), swim wants to, but, where he goes ther is a disclaimer that talks about how it must only used for research peurposes, educational, etc. without the intent for human consumption. It also stated that they havent been evaluated by th FDA.

So what are the 'catches' that swim could get stuck in (law-inforcement, receiving, anything)????

poppy pods and seeds are legal to be bought sold and traded in the US. however any extraction of these is illegal. planting more seeds may or may not be illegal. this is one where the law goes both ways......law enforcement usually only goes after huge buyers (10000+ heads), but recently theyve been randomly tacking out eBay users.

What part do you mean emmajas? That buying/selling poppy pods or seeds is illegal, or that selling extractions is? Both are true, though poppy pods are legal only for decorative purposes, Buying or selling them for other reason is against the law, which is the how the police sometimes bust big sellers.

yea, there legal swim recently looked into buying poppy seeds, its legal to buy them, legal to plant and grow them, but as soon as siwy cut open a pod its illegal, swim had heard the government watches buyers on the internet, so if one was looking to buy them, itd be best to buy smaller amounts of seeds and try to make it very clear there for decorative purposes, if the company swiy buys them from suspects that some1 is buying them for consumption they will turn the buyer in. I used a search engine and put in "buy poppy seeds" and 1 site is based in canada, but ships out of California, so theres no chance of a package being seized or anything. Theres also a number of books with growing tips and if swiy has a back round in chemistry some even teach how to convert opium extract to morphine, thebaine, and codeine, with those 3 some1 could make basically any opiate there heart desires.

the above pack is 5$ (US) for a pack of 500, about how much seeds might swim need to receive some basic sufficient yeilds for ATLEAST one person one time 'use'?

In other words, is 500 seeds so cheap($5 US) for a reason?

...or will it be enough for sufficiency?

note: swim is barely experimenting for him, nothing big, like sales.

The trade in poppy seed (meaning Papaver Somniferum) is Legal in most U.S. states, the U.K. and AU. Some of these places it is only legal for trade as a "food grade" product. In some of these places it is legal to grow the seeds for decorative purposes and for cut flower arrangements as the poppy pods are quite often used in traditional flower arrangements. However in ALL of those places it is illegal to "incise" the seed pods. In ALL of those places it is illegal to harvest dried poppy heads and stems for the purpose of "poppy straw". In ALL of those places it is illegal to perform ANY type of extraction. The powers that be regard extraction of any kind to be of kin to clandestine lab chemistry and most people get dealt with harshly, especially if they can prove one has done it in a significant quantity and / or for commercial purposes.
