cocaine...clean for 12 days now. finally

SWIM has used coke for the past year everyday (probaly about a gram and 1/2 a day).. SWIM has been clean 5 days and is damn happy about this.. SWIM finally has some money in SWIM's pocket to buy other things. SWIM dosent know why SWIM quit, Just woke up one morning and decideded not to do it, which has lead SWIM to now 5 days clean and hopin' for ever.. This drug just isnt for everyday use and was easy to slip into a everyday habit forming addiction, SWIM will keep you up to date if SWIM uses again but SWIM doubts it

Dont abuse cocaine, it's just a waste of money!!!

Well done, and I hope it all goes well or SWIY. Crack and cocaine tend to get a hold on the user very fast. Its just very more-ish. SWIM has seen even first time users who will continue to use until either thier money or supply is exhausted. Keep us posted on how it goes.

indeed SWIM is still clean (thankfully) SWIMY is feeling good but not that good.. SWIMY mood is better... but these cravings are killing SWIM.. the only thing that seems to help is weed and a big ass filet migone.. Swim has a feeling he will relapse soon.. SWIm called dealer lucky he didnt pick up, then passed out.. GRRRRR fuck coke... SWIMY wants to do this without substituting bud to kill craving.. its so hard to resist getting skeeted especially when its free! Theres just something about that Bling coming off that rock, and also the Intense RUSH SWIM gets right before poppin a rail is better then the actual Skeet at times. SWIM dreams about the fishscale =\ need some advice

hang in there brother, and even you fall off the wagon, stick to it, dont completely give up.

there are pharmacological treatments, modafinil can reduce cravings but just hang in there, whenever craving comes eat, excercise, anything

The withdrawal/neurotransmitter regulation problems incurred from cocaine use should be starting to wear off by now. Two weeks is a number that gets passed around a lot.

What you may want to look at is whether you have some underlying mood/stimulation problem that you've been self-medicating with the powerful euphoric stimulant cocaine. Think hard. What do you think? There's help out there.

I wish swim was as strong, he is fighting at the moment but although there is no physical addiction the mental side is so hard.

Maybe swim isnt ready to kick it just yet, but he knows if he carries on its going to wreck his life. Well done and keep up the good work swim will be there soon he hopes.......

hey swim has been 18 days off the lovely blow, too!
hang in there! the only way swim can do it is she moved to a foreign land.
still, the cravings are huge. changing swim's physical environment (old haunts, friends, routines) is really what is helping. Try to do something NEW with all that money swiy has now!!!
