Lasting Effects From MDMA Overuse?

Swim was wandering how often you would have had to of taken ecstacy for it to cause prolonged effects.

swim has taken ecstacy a few times, to be precise, 5 days in a row on a holiday to ibiza in mid July. Swim has also taken ecstacy in pill form and mdma. Swim has since taken xtc on a maximum basis of once a week, but mostly once every fortnight.

Swim has decided to stop taking xtc this september.

Swim would like to know if the damage has already been done?

SWIM overdid it, but the body/brain are forgiving. If SWIM chills the stupid overusage, he/she will be fine. Eat. Take vitamins. Get enough sleep. And swear to moderate usage. SWIM can use MDMA, but don't be used by MDMA. It only spoils that which it has to offer in the first place.
