Topping up codeine

Hi,
Some Random Guy took 270mg of codeine at 1630, then topped up with 150mg at 1930.
His logic is since the half life is 3hours and after 1930 he should have 285mg in him. Do you think it would be safe for him to top up once more at 2230 with 150mg again to have an approx total of 290mg?

But Some Random Guy will have taken 570mg in a day, and people say that the dose you pushing for an OD, but is that only with one dose?

Also, Some Random Guy has been on codine for the past week 60mg 4x a day for back pain so he thinks he may have some tolerence, but then he had 2 days off, then yestuday had and the day before had one 300mg dose.

That's a pretty good amt. of codeine but it seems like some random guy has a tolerance so he will probably be fine.

I think what one should be more worried about at this point is APAP...UTFSE and look for cold water extraction (CWE)

This random guy could take more, or he could exhibit some self control by waiting a few days so that his tolerance is down and that way he gets much more goodness from the remaining tablets.

Swim's not judging, just trying to give some honest useful advice.

Just how high is this random guys tolerance?How often does he use codeine?And remember every random guys body is different.Theres also a factor of too much opiate use leading up to some very unpleasant things.Lots of things for this random guy to consider before taking this much codeine.It should be safe if this random guy has a high tolerance but swim can't say he would need more information.

swim not very firmiliar with codeine, but swim has heard 1's body can only process 200mg's of codeine at a time, anything more than that in a single dose is wasting it.


if this random guy is getting that much codeine for pain it mite be time for a doctor to bump it up a bit to a stronger opiate, swim believe hydrocodone is usually the next step after codeine, swim also thinks hydrocodone is a bit more fun than codeine.

Yer it worked really well, each top up it got abit stronger, and abit more sedative he tells me.

Also some rendom guy would like to say he has stopped using any opaites for the next few day to a week. Just so he can get his tolerence down, and start pooing lol. also because I hear some random guy hates the idea of being addicted or being seen as an adict.
