Extraction - Is there a conversion table for seeds eaten straight vs. CWE vs. alcohol extraction?

So if swim prefers to eat 14 grams of straight ground up seeds, how much would swim use in a cold water extraction, and how much would swim use in an alcohol extraction? Is there any sort of general conversion factor?
