Dumber by the day?

SWIM's father owns a business. SWIM works there from time to time doing little jobs and different odds and ends to make some money here and there. SWIM used to be very charismatic, very social, witty, wise with words. SWIM was a sales agent who could sell an ice cube to an eskimo. Well SWIM just attempted to sell an engine he owns, and had no idea what he was talking about. I mean he did, but really couldnt find the words to say it. SWIM just continued to trip over his words until he felt so stupid he had to just end the conversation.SWIM also used to be a good speller, and now he cant spell good at all, and often has to use different words to get his point across becuase of the problem. SWIM has been using X for about the past 8 months, and has probably done around 100 rolls. SWIM uses perscription medication here and there, but nothing too out of control. Does anyone else find themselves becomming dumber and dumber as time progresses and the more they do these things? is it normal to have things fall so quickly?
