A detox plan for low/medium drug use (opiates, crack)

This guide is not for SWIY's who have a raging habbit, this is more for SWIY's who abused various opiate drugs, and have developed a tolerance and experience low level withdrawls, you may find it strange, but it works for Sherlock Holmes every time.

So here goes Sherlock Holmes visits me in my dreams and ask me questions about drug use, and tells me about the drugs he is using, and he gives me advice to pass on to SWIY.

Sherlock Holmes is now two days in to a Codiene, Dihydrocodiene, Tramadol, and a Heroin and Crack withdrawl, the use was about three weeks, so tolerance an dependance had well developed, the Heroin and Crack are two drugs which he hadn't used for over seven years, and he says he feels like a right fool for having a smoke of them both. And his three week binge has included all those drugs on a multiple day basis in large quantities excepet the Heroin and Crack which was a one off laspe, so you can imagine how he is feeling.

I woke up at this point, curious as to what he is using to help him, I quickly retruned to sleep and my dream continued. Sherlock had the last of his Brown yesturday, it was a few lines off the foil and the tube, so a tiny ammount, but enough for a light opiate buzz.

He went into work, feeling a bit naughty being a person people look up to and respect, and being in a position of authority. During the day he only tool 4 x 7.5mg Zopiclones, came home and slept all night, he woke at 7am to write out his plan for today which came to my in my dream.

Today so far Sherlock has taken 2. 7.5mg Zopiclone's, 2 Dicloflex (diclofenic) 50mg for the aches and pains, 2 Hyoscine Butylbromide (Buscopan) for the stomach cramps, One Histac 150mg (Ranitidine for heartburn, and one Stemetil 5mg (Prochlorperazine) for sickness. He has no loperamide he expects to aquire them later.

Sherlock told me he feels ok, nice glow from the zopiclone, just a little sweaty and has very loose bowles, hence why he has to aquire some loperamide, which he said he would, and report on.

I will update this as the dreams continue.



Sherlock said he will rerturn in my dreams later tonight to let me know how the rest of the day went, and also his plans for tommorow.

Heh, some things in life are beyond truth.

Ok update from Sherlock.

He is now four days clean of any opiates and only taking 4 x 7.5mg of Zopiclones per day, no other medication, he plans to cease all Zopiclones tommorow and never again indulge with any CWE as this has been a bad discovery for him.

Zoplicones are a good way to detox off low off opiates, and a new discovery for Sherlock. However he feels his professionalism has to be paramount and will no longer be "playing" about with OTC/Prescribed Meds.
