California Poppy sitting in one place for a long time...

Mr. Angry has about a pound of california poppy (home-grown). Its been sitting in a dark, humid place for over a month now. Is it there anything that can hapeen that could make it unusable? or better? or anything at all?

In swims opinion/experience; California poppy whether home-grown or not is a very mild ethnobotanical/substance producing very MILD effects if not placebo.

From my understanding, Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) was traditionally used by Native Americans as a cosmetic substance.

However some do claim that it has sedative qualities when smoked. Swim on the other hand disagrees and knows of plenty other ethnobotanicals that are worth the time/moeny/and effort.

Storage in a dark place for a month would be fine, however as it was also a humid place that could cause the material to become moldy or rotten. Mr Angry needs to have a look and smell of the material to see if this is the case. If so, he should discard the material, otherwise it should be fine.
