jaw and tooth pain after rollin
ouch....it feels like swim has been punched in the face 15 times, his jaw and teeth have been sore for 2 days after the trip and his cheeks are all chewed up maybe 4 and a half pills was just to much for swim

swim bought gum and candy to try and prevent this because he got the same problem the last time.



does anyone else bite their teeth? any tricks to help stop it??

chew on a pacifier that has a rubber tip/nipple (not the platic ones)...it may look stupid but it will save your teeth a lot of wear and tear, not to mention that they are reusable and only cost a couple of bucks...thats what mif and his freinds used to do anyways.....

just look for magnesium pills at any drugstore or health store

Swim used to be a chewer, found that gum does help but remember to buy a lot of it. Swim once made one 2 peices last all night at a festival, ended up like chewing a paste rather than a gum

Also if swiy gets an ulcer, use ulcer cream, it helps alot. Sounds logical but most people dont bother.
