Advice for SWIM's stupid friend trying to transport cannabis

So SWIM's friend (who is litterally his friend in this case, SWIM would never such a big a risk for such a small reward) is intent on bringing marijuana back home with her this fall. She's in a place with very high quality stuff now and is moving to a place with low quality stuff and she wants to save money...you know the story. Despite SWIM's objections she's going to do it anyway, and while she's done some research and SWIM has done a little too to try and help. But this forum has been, in SWIM's experience, a source of good knowledge. So he thought maybe he would ask here, and this seemed the only forum that would fit.

SWIM's friend's first assumption is that it's safer to ship it than carry in on the plane, he thinks this is probably true, given the state of US airports these days. Her second is that it's safer to ship it USPS than fedex, ups, etc; SWIM's less sure about this one. Her third is that shipping less than an ounce (in one package, at a time) would carry less punishment, and that if she were to avoid any return addresses/links to her she could claim ignorance as to who sent the package; SWIM is extremely skeptical of this one.

Advice on this, anyone? SWIM has tried talking her out of this already to no avail, and he really doesn't want her to get busted :/.
