Heroin itch! HELP!

Sorry If I'm dragging up an old one here

SWIM loves heroin. One thing he hates is the itch. After researching and reading other threads he knows that heroin releases histamines. He has tried taking antihistamines (cetirizine, fexofenadine, diphenhydramide) with no luck, he has even used half a tube of antisan cream (not sure of chemical name sorry). Has anyone got any ideas? Anything at all apart from these that will work?
