Harvesting my salvia Divinorum plant early?

Yoooo.
I've just gotta quick question I'd be greatful if someone could answer it.
I have a plant which is about 2 months old (Wasson & Hoffman strain).
Can I harvest it now?
I mean, will it kill my plant.. or will it have no effect?
Here's a picture..

So.. whatcha think.. can I take the precious leaves of yet or will I have to wait?
Tanks

That looks good! I wouldn't cut any leaf yet, there are very few you won't probably get anything and will harm a beautyful plant. If your pet can't wait tell him to order some salvia extract, is readily available.

I'd wait - you have a really nice looking plant - let it get established a bit more. Pretty soon, it'll drop some leaves anyway. But for now - just focus on keeping it healthy and thriving.

Re: Harvesting my plant early?

leaves can be harvested at any time. but there is no need to be in a hurry, let it grow a little more so it has a few leaves more to spare....that way your labrat can take a few without shocking the plant.
