House Busted Today: Research Chemicals & mushroom spores
7:30 this morning SWIM had a knock on the door from the Gardai Siochana AKA the police. The warrant stated that they were searching for fake prescriptions.
The reason they suspected SWIM was that yesterday he gave his friend a lift to a pharmacist and said friend was suspected of using a fake script all caught on CCTV. SWIMs car was caught on police CCTV linking him to the incident, Anyway back to the search, they didn't find my RC collection, nor did they seem too concerned with SWIMs muchroomcakes. They did in fact find a prescription and took SWIMs Acculab scale, a bag of Oxazepam and a couple of spore syringes for analysis. So far SWIM has been charged with being in possession of a forged script and will appear in court on Sept 3. What he is concerned about is what minute quantities of RCs etc they find on the scales and the legality of mushroom spores.

Re: House Busted Today Ireland
Mushroom spores are legal in Ireland as long as SWIY is not cultivating mushrooms. Dispose of the cakes immediatly and either destroy or find a safe place to store any contraband.
And of course, go see a solicitor. |

Re: House Busted Today Ireland
I was basically going to say everything Abrad has already said.
EDIT: To whom it may concern, I was preparing a reply, but in the meantime an appropriate and almost identical one was posted, so I did not bother to post mine! Last edited by Joe Duffy; 13-09-2007 at 17:37. Reason: Reply to Rep: “Then there wasn't really any point in posting was there?” |

Re: House Busted Today Ireland
One should always use the TARE feature when using electronic scales to avoid inconvenient little incidents like this. I wouldn't worry about the trace amount of RC's however. It wouldn't be surprising if they weren't even able to identify whatever trace there may be. And even if they do, what are they gonna bring you in for? Possession of 0.0034g of 2C-B? Unlikely.

Re: House Busted Today Ireland
SWIMs friend that was caught on CCTV in the Pharmacist has admidded to the police that he left the prescription here, SWIM will have to turn up in court but hopefully the r Garda will vouch for swim, though I never trust them.
On a side not the police picked up some cannabis seedlings that SWIM was growning, he asked what they were abd SWIN said Basil, that was that Last edited by Alfa; 31-08-2007 at 22:16. |

Re: House Busted Today: RC's & mushroom spores
Well if they had a warrant to search for fake prescriptions, that is the only thing they can take as evidence. If they found a (i.e.) dead body (or RCs) lying in SWIY's house with that warrant, they could not use it as evidence.
edit: NM. I'm wrong. |
