USA - How to mess with a cop..

I hate cops.. and I want to get them back for the invonvenience they have caused me so I want to waste there time. I want to film it too haha but they won't know about that

I wanna go buy some legal buds and rolling papers put the bud in a zip bag to look sketchy and go to the sketchiest place in town and start hot boxing. A cop will for sure show up and if we all (in hte car) act super sketched out and have teh bag visible he'll think he has a good bust and call back up and what not.

Then I want to just show him the receipt or something if he thinks the bud (once he notices it isn't marijuana) is some other illegal substance so he doesn't freaking haul us off to jail until they prove it. Because I am on probation and I' mabout to leave this town and I hate these cops


I really don't want to go to jail even temporarily or anything so I need proof that its a legal herb they won't take us in will they? And if they do we are off scot-free after right? No fees, no nothing...

There is nothing they can really bust us with right? No disruption of peace or some bullshit correct?

Also if one of my friends is 17 should he just stay out of it, is a legal herb illegal for under 18? Or smoking anything out of a rolling paper which is illegal for a 17 year old to buy but is it to smoke even if the substance is not tobacco. I really don't want any repercussions but I really want to pull this off it'd be funny. Waste their time like they have mine.

I recently got arrested by them and they like itch at the thought of a drug bust in this suburb

I just don't want to be thrown in jail while they like test the legal herbs or like be charged with something ridiculous

If you think they have to send your fake shit to the "State Crime Lab" to be analyzed by PhD's in white lab coats, think again. Joe Beat Cop has an assortment of presumptive field tests right in the squad car just for those special occasions when a fool tries to pull the kind of lame-ass stunt you're suggesting.

If all you're doing is prancing around with the stuff, it's only likely to get you a few kind words for your probation officer.

If you make the more serious error of misrepresenting inert material as an illicit psychoactive for the purpose of a transaction, boy are you in for a surprise, Ace...

the other day swim was in town smoking saliva from a glass pipe, with a baggy of salvia in his other hand. The salvia came in a baggy. A cop came up to him, but before the cop could say anything, swims freind said it was salvia divonorum, cop didnt question it and just walked away looking amused.


swims point is, surely it is the cops fault if they think something is illegal when its not. You cant be arrested because they screwed up, can you?

this isnt the case in switzerland as far as i know.

You'll hate cops till you need one's help! It's true a lot of cops are assholes, and a lot of laws are bullshit, but for the most part cops just enforce the law whatever it is. When a cop busts a child rapist or a murderer he's done a good thing My point is though, with the power they have it's just not wise to mess with them. A judge will always take his word before yours.

I know there's an onslaught of harsh replies here, but it is for a purpose (it's not personal). I see your reasoning here, there is no LSD involved and "I'm allowed to have fucking paper", but here the technicalities of the law are blurred a bit. Even if there wasn't specific evidence that you were misrepresenting (e.g. phone tapped conversation right beforehand), just having it could be construed as misrepresenting. That's why I said, don't even go there.

would it be illegal to say, sit around on 4/20 in a park which is heavily populated by police on 4/20 and rip new "water pipes" full of pipe tobacco. Say dressed in patchwork, looking like a stereotypical hippie. Then when a police hastled that person for their tobacco habit the victim offered the tobacco in the water pipe to the cop asking if he wants a hit.

Yeah man, this is a pretty immature way to waste a cop's time, depending on the city swiy is in, swiy is just probably distracting them from actually doing a real job.

In swim's town....this wouldn't be too bad, since all they do is drug bust....pretty wonderbread town swim is in.

The guy got out, said time in jail was absolutely shitty, and then got off free. He filed a complaint....but it didn't do shit cus the cops were "justified" in what they saw as probable cause.

In fact, even though the guy was yelling it was legal while being arrested, the cops probably knew and were just pissed so they chose to ignore him. It's pretty rude to fuck with people on their job (then again it's the same when cops fuck with us on our job).

Throwing in jail when you know they didnt commit any crime just to harass them is a civil offense. A similar happenned to someone swim knows, who took a stand against the law in Florida that compels a speeding ticket recepient to sign a ticket. The cop took him to jail for refusing to sign and a judge said the whole thing was ridiculous and dropped the charge.

Well officer McOink pretty much ruined his career because as he was walking out of the courtroom he told him Well, at least you had to spend the night in jail. This was said in front of several witnesses. A civil case was brought against the county sheriffs office, who had to pay out the ass and thankfully that power mad cop is off the street and driving a golf cart around the mall parking lot.

Not such a great idea especially if SWIY's water tobacco pipe has any Marijuana resin on it. If so that's could be trouble. Sounds like a lot of risk for a silly prank, plus you never know if you might need that cop's help one day say maybe you get pulled over and had one too many to drink that wouldn't be the cop you wanted to see

umm.. hasn't anyone got anything better to be doing with his or her life, rather then achieving cheap thrills by possibly fooling police or pissing them off, what ever issue swiy has with police. is it worth this sad behavior. seems more simple jus to get over it.

Why do you want to screw with cops for ?

The only reason I think cops suck is because of the laws they are blindly forced to enforce. Remember they are only drones of the goverment and there is not much they can do except for what they are told and the reason why most cops are wankers is simply becaue they have to deal with scum on a daily bases and if ya hang around scum well some of that negativity has to rub of on em.

Remember cops are only doing there jobs and if it wasnt for them then we would all be living in chaos. If you want to annnoy anyone then go and harras the goverment, their the ones writting all the shitty laws.

Besides the cops can bust you if your in possession of a substance that you beleive is illigal even if it isnt.

Yes, we have field tests. Yes, your can bet your ass that this dumb idea would be a violation of your probation. Violating your probation means you are opening the door for a stint in prison. Yes, misrepresenting a legal substance as DEA scheduled substance is illegal in almost every place I can think of.

I dont think if I was an illegal drug user I would make myself a target by making myself a thorn in the local Police Dept's ass. But, it is a good way to inconvenience a Cop. He'll probably be on his day off when he has to come to court for your probation revocation hearing.

By the time the stuff gets analyzed it could come up positive, and who is more likely to be believed someone on probation or a cop? This could backfire real bad.
