Depends on set and setting. And what strain it is plays a role in how you feel.

Sometimes i feel happy, euphoric and talkative. Other times I stare at the ground and just think for half an hour in quite a depressed mood.

Cannabis is intoxicating though, swim gets a similar feeling, a heaviness, in his head to alcohol. and swiy cant think as well, etc, all the affects of intoxication.

That's actually false. The term "intoxication" would suggest the possibility of toxicity coming into effect in the way it would after drinking a bottle of vodka. Cannabis has an incredibly low toxic level therefore calling its effects by this name is misleading.

Toonces agrees with OzzBozz..if youre looking for a drunk, disorienting effect, cannabis doesn't produce that same feeling - at all in Toonces' humble opinion

SWIM after a long day of smoking feels "drunkish" almost sometimes, some stumbling too, but its really heavy smoking of blunts and water pipe hits, and the more indica it is the worse the "couchlock" is

Smoking weed alone sometimes gives some euphoria it depends on the kind and quality, but most important on SWIY's environment. Example:
SWIM recently switched MJ suppliers. What he gets now is more potent, has different smell, texture, color, different high(sometimes w euphoria under right conditions)

If SWIM smokes enough, and is listening to a great song (SWIM prefers Progressive house, Tech House, some techno) hell get euphoria, if the setting isn't unconfortable to enjoy it though.

In fact SWIM's friend discovered the new batch and technique and is always downloading new great songs online because he also knows: that's one of the few ways to get euphoria from weed.

BTW: Pjanoo by Pryda is a good song for euphoria, or try some Energetic Rock or metal maybe it also works.

Swim has been able to smoke various low and mid grade strains lately. One big difference he noticed is the better ones tended to produce a "waterfall" like feeling of pleasure. Swim says "waterfall" because that is what it felt like, cool, calm water pouring over Swim's head and down his body. This effect is very pleasurable and calming. Swim will close his eyes, and feel the waves of pleasure emanating from his head, down to his shoulders and down his spine.

Closest Swim gets to euphoria, in the traditional sense.

Listening to the waterfall cities album by ozric tentacles while "inebriated" generally makes SWIM feel quite euphoric, lie down close your eyes and let the album massage your brain, its incredible. The album starts of very hectic and crazy and by the end its ridiculously calm and chilled out, the last song aura borealis is actually mind blowing.

The album always keeps me awake until the last song, which then sends me to sleep, its fantastic.

Ps. SWIM is generally in bed stoned out of his mind when he puts it on
