Psilocybin is Converted to Psilocin? (Fault on Website?)

There is this text:

Fresh magic mushooms give a more active effect. Better? It's a matter of taste. When you dry shrooms, the psilocibin is converted to psilocin.

I do not think this is true. Can anyone please give me a source for this information?
