Opiate tolerant administration Q (oxycodone)

Soo a few days ago swim blew a $$$ (very expensive) line of 120 mg oxycontin and didn't even get a nod =( Sooo anyways this friday night (a few days later) swim decided before he would go out and party to slam an entire 80 after taking 4 mg alprazolam. That must have worked because swim was trapped in the bathroom walking around like a zombie for an hour and a half for some reason... Anyways swim has two more 80's left and was wondering what would be the best route to take them soon... Swim was thinking somewhere along the lines of: slamming 80 and smoking 80, slamming 80 and snorting 80, snorting 80 and smoking 80, or just plain railing up all 160 mg... I dunno what do you guys think will get me off the best??

IV Oxycodone, to me, isn't worth it. It's bad for your veins, not as good as heroin, and it seems impossible to get all the oxycodone away from the pill filler. Oral administration is the best (read the opiate bioavailabilities thread). SWIM has an extremely high opioid tolerance, and plenty of experience with Oxycodone, so I think you could trust him . Also, benzodiazepines inhibit CCK, which is responsible for a lot of opiate tolerance, something to keep in mind with the alprazolam. Some people with high tolerance will pop benzos and OD on doses that normally wouldn't get them high, so be careful.
