Re: Increased Heart Rate!

First of all this is a clear example of a heart palpitation. A heart palpitation is simple noticing one's heart beating, and for those with anxiety problems or using recreational drugs this can cause a panic attack that only makes the heart beat faster. The heart will beat faster on a stimulant, there is no question in that. If SWIY finds he can never abate the feeling and that its bad enough to make MDMA not enjoyable than he should just stop taking it. SWIY either needs to find a way to calm himself down or perhaps experiment taking a small dose of a benzo like Xanax or Klonopin to prevent anxiety and by proxy the panic attack that is associated with getting heart palpitations. SWIM has mistaken a panic attack brought on by a heart palpitation as a heart attack before, but went outside for some fresh air and it calmed him down. On a good roll usually one won't notice their heart beating unless they try to notice it, but if they do, panic attacks aren't uncommon and only make the problem worse. Just be careful and don't put too much physical strain on SWIY's body if he thinks his pulse is too high.

Re: Increased Heart Rate!

Its normal, Swim has no facts to back it up. he bases it solely on personal experience. It has amp. in it which will speed Swiy's heart up.

Tell him to just chill and enjoy.

Re: Increased Heart Rate!

same happened to swim and so he just thought to himself; a couple of minutes on a treadmill running uphill actually makes his heart beat much faster than this... now that he thought about it

Re: Increased Heart Rate!

My Bill agrees with G-Force, if swiy can't take XTC without getting panicky then maybe swiy should lay off them until he can keep his mind on the fact that a higher heart rate comes with the feelings of love

Re: Increased Heart Rate!

Yeh just dont think about it. Swims had a similar experience but it was after alot of speed (coke and e dont effect his heart as much) and he could litrally see his heart beating rapidly on his chest
