Separating an Opioid and Naloxone

So, SWIM is prescribed on retarded 50mg Tilidine / 4mg Naloxone per tab tabs.
Tilidine can only be taken orally, as the liver metabolizes it to nortilidine (much the same way what happens with oral taken heroine or codeine - it gets metabolized to morphine) and so it's a prodrug.

naloxone has a very high first-pass-effect - meaning, in the usual dosages of tilidine, the liver will deactivate the naloxone and it won't have any effect and the tilidine can have it's full effect.

however, SWIM wants to do more than the maximum 400mg Tilidine (as 400mg Tilidine comes with 30mg naloxone, and that comes true the liver....) and hasn't found a way to separate naloxone and tilidine. tilidine is an synthetic opiode with approx. 35% of the potential of morphine and has a very distinct high and buzz totally different from any other opiate.

so again the basic question: does anybody know a way for a hobby chemistrySWIH to separate tilidine and naloxone?
