Legal Question (writing and essay as legal punishment?)
Hello,

SWIM was caught without a physician's recommendation in possession of an eighth of low quality herb (in Glendale, CA). The DA offered him a deal; fifty bucks, 10 NA sessions and a two page essay.

Now SWIM has a physician's recommendation and will continue to use his medications.

What can he write about in this essay without lying?

Have you been given a title? What is the topic? Could you just write a gipping two page thriller about Gumbo the Sharp Shooting Bullfrog from Colorado? Or does it have to be "Drugs are the single greatest scourge of humanity..."?
