Combinations - Create actual hallucinations?

Apparently one can experience very vivid and complete OEV visuals using ketamine and a stimulant (cannabis can help), which can, to an extent, be controlled. Too much of anything won't help-- just result in loss of consciousness. I'm not sure how special seeing a scorpion wriggling is, unless that had some meaning for SWIK.

If you believe in what you are seeing and its out of control, then that's delirium...

It isn't special in any way other than SWIM wanting to see vivid hallucinations that had nothing to do with surroundings (not distortions), and SWIM's scorpian was exactly that. Delirious or not that's what SWIM wanted to experiance, and got it.

dude what is up with DPH and spiders. everey od swim has ever herd of has somthing to do with bugs. usually spiders and scorpions. maby its like a primitive fear that was instilled in us long ago. also swim wanted to bring up zantac and all the other related antacid tablets. it says symptoms of an overdose commonly include hallucinations. swim looked into this and it works at the same receptor that seroquel(quiteapine) does but it does the opposite of what seroquel does and seroquel is an antipsychotic soooo........psychotic is what were lookin for right?

For genuine hallucinations diphenhydramine with cannabis works just fine.No need for swiy to ingest lots of different things and potentially cause some damage.

DXM, dimenhydrinate(or diphen), cannabis, and caffeine are all relatively safe to combine. swim has done so before, however, he is not sure about the lsd.

SWIM would combine lsd,dxm,cannabis before dxm,cannabis,caffeine,&DPH

While I agree that the specified amount of diphenhydramine is too high to be safely combined with even a moderate amount of DXM (serotonin syndrome), DXM can be safely used with therapeutic doses of diphenhydramine and many other antihistamines. White has warned against non-sedating ones, but this only applies to two withdrawn medications (terfenadine and astemizole).

Anyways, I don't think it is particularly wise to combine a psychedelic with a drug that is known to produce extremely unpleasant side effects (diphenhydramine).

...neither is it a brilliant idea to combine the above, and throw Caffeine into the mix. Caffeine (may, I'm only speaking from anecdotal evidence provided by SWIM) will probably worsen the physical side effects of the Diphenhydramine (shaking, dry mouth, jittery-nervousness, general agitation and possibly in high enough doses palpitations).

Apart from the dry-mouth, marijuana seems to get rid of any side effects of diphenhydramine for my pet dragon.
