Hi, this friday night swim and his friends are getting some pure mdma, swims friend has never took mdma before, not even a pill. do you think he will have a good experience?

yeah you will. but take my advice - KNOW YOUR LIMITS.

I abused MDMA two weeks ago and feel like my life will never be the same again. An overdose of MDMA is neurotoxic to your brain cells and will destroy your memory, your ability to think clearly and your intellignece.

Wish I had never gone near the stuff - thought I knew my limits but clearly didnt. My fault I know.

Don't let that deter you from taking it, just try and learn from my lesson.

Breath deeply. Get some Vick's Vapor rub and a bandana or mask. Hold your breath and have a spotter count for you to a set number then exhale slowly. Even better if you have someone rubbing your back as you exhale So many fun activities you will learn.
