with friends we will take snow at the big party of our school, i'm wondering how can we take (it's our first exp with cocaine) and personnaly i'm diabetic and i've a light thrill at the heart...does it annoying ?

If you are asking what I think you are asking, the answer is yes...


I don't know how well you can translate this... diabetics have to really watch stimulants, as they can cause spikes or drops in blood sugar. I don't know what you mean by a thrill at the heart, but if you mean a heart problem, there is a higher risk of cocaine related heart problems ect.

when you listen my heart with a "stetoscope" (a hearthscope ?) you could listen a small souhhhh (a "souffle"... a wind ?)

That souffle is most likely a heart problem, such as a valve defect or arrhythmia... I am not saying it is ok to try coke, but I am not saying not to... that is your decision. Using cocaine when you have a heart problem is definately more dangerous than if you had a healthy heart. Definately do not drink with it.

Hey everyone. I've been smoking marijuana for 2 years now. I've
tried Alcohol and E before too. My brother said he tried Cocain and
thought I should try it too, since I'm interested in trying anything
just once. But I was thinking about staying away from these harder
drugs, because I have an addictive personality and I'm afraid of
liking it too much. What would you tell me about trying Cocain? What
are some first time dangers, how much should be taken for a first
time, what are some after effects, and what are the cocain effects?

Cocaine will make you feel really really good, alive, more 100% yourself. It won't cause a really drunkeness like effect, but boost you up, and you will probably love it. It's an insidious drug because it's pleasureable, rather "clean", meaning that you can use it to work like you can use it to party, but it's still hard on the body if used often and highly addictive psychologically because who wouldn't want to feel great ?


If you really have an addictive personality, i would advise that you try to stay away from it if you can. You will like, if not love cocaine. It won't necessarily screw you up, but it's something you're going to have to live with, knowing that they're something you can get, which is expensive, and can give you a kind of pleasure that you won't get elsewhere.

I agree with benga, and if I may add my two cents... stay away from it. I've seen people with strong will-power and self control get completely absorbed by this drug. As benga said, it won't end your life, but it will certainly change it. It seems fun at first, but it will make you do things that you would have never done before. If you're like SWIM, you'll lose friends, jobs, and most of all... MONEY. In SWIMs case, it's been two years since his first line. It started out as a 'recreational' thing with friends at parties, and now it's every night with whoever, or just himself. In closing, think of it as the worst case of 'buyers remorse' times 100. If you've ever done something that you know is going to have negative consequences and done it anyway thinking that whatever happens, "I can deal with it" or "that will never happen to ME", think again! Cocaine WILL take over your life... DON'T DO IT!

SWIM says go for it because cocaines a hell of a drug, but like benga
and b16 wisely said, that shit is pretty much unlike any other drug in
terms of its immediate potential for addiction. Try it and you
won't regret it, but just consciously realize that it WILL make you
want more... and that can be dangerous (and fun) for a person with a highly addictive personality and relatively weak will like SWIM.

never had in knowingly, ive had it in cocktail drinks and not realised until the next day, its good, great maybe, but certainly not worth it changing your life.

if you have self control try it, if not stay away. swim has been an on and off user of this for a few years or so, and when you crash you want more...thats just the way it is. after the crash, just take a sedative and goto bed and tomorrow youre fine...at least thats the way it works for swim.

If you admittedly have an addictive personality, then I would say don't
try it. Just keep doing what you're doing and stay the hell away
from coke. SWIM never did much of anything until recently, and
isn't an addictive personallity at all (except ciggarettes), and coke
still sucks him in every Friday and Saturday night. SWIM's a
little lucky it's just two nights a week.



I would *REALLY* say don't try it if you already think you're an addictive type.

dosage, but to ask whether you should take drugs or

SWIM experienced a Psychotic episode 9 months ago, SWIM is almost certain that it was a result of smoking too much Cannabis. He spent a week in a mental health unit and made a full recovery without any medication. Is SWIM doing Cocaine a bad idea? SWIM has done it quite a few times since and has had no bad experiences except for feeling slightly depressed the next day. SWIM would also like to know if Cocaine can induce longterm Psychosis like Cannabis, or if it can only induce a temporary drug induced Psychosis for a couple of days. What SWIM is trying to say, could Cocaine induce another Psychotic episode?

You assume that cannabis caused the psychosis? What is this based on? A rough guess? Atleast you know for sure . . .

unpredictable....
yet given the descriptions, one can only tell swim to try to avoid substance use for some time as it's certainly not a good idea unless embedded into a therapeutic approach. no one here will or can encourage swiyou to use cocaine, and telling you that cocaine use might do this or that doesn't make much sense.
cocaine use does have a strong short term effect, and in some cases has been connected to episodes involving acute paranoia, anxiety and stress.


the subject of the mental issues associated with cocaine use is an interesting one, but in the circumstances described this thread is not a good place to discuss this.
