How court testing works...????? Question, please

Okay so I am on probation and I am required two drug tests from a urinalysis lab OR a private physician. I took my first at carenow and passed. I got a peice of paper that said it and that's all to take in to the courts to prove. Now I was wondering because my laywer said I could take the next one between now and the date I need to, but there might be some reason I wouldn't pass right now haha but I was wondering if I could go in there, take the test, and if I failed just wait and retake it later

My mom freaked at the idea and said that they would send the failed test to the court and I would break probation... she's talking out her ass right? She said they tie it to my driver's license cause that is like something they asked of me, but that's not true right? I really want to just go in there and get it over with and if I fail, come back later, but at least give it a shot but I don't wat to risk them sending failed results in themselves..

In Washington stae at least they are required by law to report back to the court.

I would never take the chance of giving a dirty urine. What you should do is be confindent that you can give clean test, you can't depend on someone not to say something, because your probation officer could check up on it. I wouldnt take that chance at all, my po is a complete bitch, and that is something she would do.

I just take a test and turn in results..

And its not like I can be totally confident.. I have a test in 5 days and I ... I mean.. SWIM smoked marijuana 2 and a half weeks ago..

But I've been running every day for 2 weeks and working out every day.. I just wish I could do a pre test to make certain but I don't want them sending in the results.....

Marijuana is the toughest thing to flush, sometimes it takes a long time.
