OK What combo and time of hydro/tagamet/grapefruit juice???

Swim has seen so many different combos and discussions involving hydro with tagamet and grapefruit juice. What are the final verdicts when it comes to times to take each, and how much of what to take? Swim is starting to get WAY too little out of 6-10/500 vic's. He needs to find out the best way to squeeze a little more juice out of his rock. His preference is to keep the discussion to hydro, but on occasion he gets a little OC from a friend and so far he has felt nothing from them. He is, at this moment, immune to pleasure. Swim wants to feel the love again.

This morning, Swim had only three 10/500's left and a serious leg cramp this morning as a result of my ruptured disc. He knows that these three are going to do little to nothing, so he took two tagamets 30 minutes ago, just drank 16 oz of pure grapefruit juice and he is waiting a few more minutes before taking the lovely lovely vic's. He will try to get back when he so infrequently does, to see what anyone may have to say, and tell of Swim's experience.

Take the tagamet and the grapefruit juice about an hour before the ingestion of the hydrocodone. About five minutes before taking the hydro, take two tums or any antacid, and then break your hydros in half if you please (theoretically more surface area for digestion). Then just have a good time.
