Hello fiends,

Does anybody know somebody who has any experiance with rectal codeine administration?

You see, Swim heard that when it's taken in this way, it comes on faster and stronger, but is a little sceptical as this would possibly avoid first pass liver metabolism which is needed to activate the beatuiful codeine into even more beautiful morphine.

I once went on a treasure hunt and whilst digging benith the flaky oak tree I found a book dated 2003, in this book a fellow by the name of "Pink Beard" had written an account of his experiene of UYB (up your bum) codiene use.

He stated that he cwe 5 30/500's and drew the solution into a syringe, whilst laying on the bed he inserted the syringe up his bum and did feel ever so gay, he then emptied the solution into his bottom and waited. The effects came on quicker than oral about 15mins and it did seem a little more intense, much like the feects of 6 or 7 tablets, however the general negative feeling of putting it up his bum far outweighed the effects so he did not do it again.

It was quite the find, suffice to say I did not disclose this at the end of the tresure hunt as there were a lot of kids and we should not encourage kids to take drugs.

100 mg oral codeine is to 200mg rectal admin. Swim felt the kick in 5mins and less nausea for sure. swim would say 120mg codeine is equal to 5mg morphine sulfate. Only recommend if you have tried high tolerance opiates like oxycodone or mscontin. swim had one chance with 20mg MS-contin rectal, well worth it.

Swit assumes you mean 100mg rectal = 200mg oral and not the other way around.

yes sorry for the dyslexia. I'd say it's twice bioavailability guaranteed... 100mg is to 200mg oral

Well, Swim tried it. To be honest, he was very much underwhelmed as he was expecting more. He doesn't think it compares to drinking it on a empty stomach with some antacids. It took longer and it didn't hit as hard.

Still, it's quite a useful route of administration if one has a full stomach and wants to get high.

We're talking about codeine not morphine. They are different compunds therefore have different bioavailabilities depending on their route of administration.

If we were talking about morhpine, you would have found find this thread in the morphine forum.

Bioavailability and onset are entirely differet things.
