how to hydrolyze lisdexamfetamine in vyvanse?

lisdexamfetamine is made up of L-lysine and d-amphetamine. When takin the bodies amino acids break down and hydrolize the L-lysine from the d-amphetamine, slowly releasing the d-amphetamine so it can become active. My question is, is there a way to hydrolize lisdexamfetamine so you can activate the d-amphetamine before taking it? So you can turn the extended release into instant release and have the euphoric effect of adderall.

One can hydrolyze lisdexamfetamine by boiling it in muriatic acid for some time, neutralize, take of the organic layer, distill and crystallize with sulphur acid. But since 150 mg of lisdexamfetamine produce the same euphoric effect as a 'normal' 40 mg dose dexadrine, one might ask of this is really necessary.

However, there might be also a way to accelerate the hydrolizing in the body by taking it together with an other compound. Something like grapefruit [juice] or other enzyme stimulating food might do the job, however, it is also possible that no accelerating compound will be found.

i can see that lol. you can accelerate the hydrolizing by taking antacids or baking soda. 150mg has a pretty good effect, but its that great and 150mg contains around 75 to 80mgs of d-amphetamine it's just so slow to release to prevent the euphoric. It cuts it in half. What a waste...

Uh dude what are you talking about, cuts it in half? Yeah it's less potent by weight, but the difference is directly proportional to the INCREASE in duration. 150mg of lisdexamfetamine is like taking four consecutive 40mg doses every couple of hours.

Hmmm, how Swiy want to apply trypsin? Swiy might consider to give aspartate, since it is used by trypsin to bind the lysine after it is split off of the lisdexamfetamine, a try. Trypsin could be the enzyme responsible for the break down of lisdexamfetamine, but it could also be an other enzyme.

But Swiy should never forget that experimenting could endanger himself, presently only a little known about the metabolism of lisdexamfetamine.

From the abuse liability study done on lisdexamfetamine:

"The systemic exposure to active d-amphetamine sulfate (AUC and Cmax) was dose proportional following a single administration of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate in doses between 30 mg and 130 mg and was attenuated between 130 mg and 150 mg."

In other words, you can take 150mg at once and you'll have a recreationally high dose of d-amphetamine in your brain for a long time.

I took 280mg (4 70mg caps) I felt a very strong stimulation. It's been around 10-12 hours and I notice it dropping, but I still feel it good... is this not safe at all? I started "abusing" it with 3 caps.... I'm Rx'ed to take 2 of them every morning...

How far could one go before its really dangerous?

well a simple approach to maximize lisdexamfetamines release is to take it with nutritional supplements. the following are (vasopumpers): aakg( alpha-arginine ketogluterate), citruline malate, and beta-alinine. these are aminos and such. weight lifters take them to get muscle pumps. they are legal in all 50 states. ester vit c is a fav of mine to go along with everything else i just mentioned, i like vitamins and health supplements. i have had sucsess with "good feelings" from these combinations. talking to your doctor about it can be really good idea for people. carefull now. i know this may not be what u asked but i wanted to share that with you. hope u r not insulted or offended.

this is a fairly new drug, i take my pulse regularly and monitor the color and odor of my urine. im not a specialist but i ve heard that severe changes in bp and urine can be tell tale signs to be carefull. i just took 200 mgs with a type of arginine and that kicked it up a notch, hope im being safe myself. its legal but is it safe? remember how ephedrine got off the market? people mixing and dying. i beleive that they had high bp to begin with, but that is just my opinion.... sry wow! im spun. hope that helped at all.

l-lysine bonds other aminos together. do you think aakg(alpha arginine keto-gluterate) a form of l-arginine could override that by quickly boosting nitric oxide levels, hence pumping it through the blood stream like it does with vitamins? im feeling that it does, but i wanted to ask someone else to get a 2nd opinion. i have more nutritional supplement knowledge than pharms. it seems maybe you could tell me if im way off base with this one. thank you, in advance.
