MDMA caps + vitamins?

SWIM has picked up 2g of MDMA powder, and bought some empty capsules.
SWIM was wondering what vitamins etc he could get to crush and put into the caps to reduce the comedown and other negative effects. he has some 5-HTP pills, but has heard that including this whilst taking the drug reduces effects and should be kept to before and after.

Why not just take the vitamins seperately?

^^ agreed, much of what swiy needs to take is post trip. 5-htp to recuperate serotonin (and reduce toxicity), antioxidants to reduce toxicity-- taking them during the roll likely wont help the comedown nearly as much.

Magnesium can really reduce the jaw clenching but that should probably be taken separately too. Probably best to keep your MDMA as clean as possible and not to mix it up with other compounds inside a single gelcap. Anyway, SWIM has heard that vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and 5-HTP (the latter 2 as a combo as least) really help, as well as the magnesium. SWIM has actually seen all-in-one capsules containing this very mixture of ingredients in OTC dietary supplements and sleep aids, not sure if the dosage is tweaked just right though so he would recommend taking them all separately.

Oh by the way, for maximal effect SWIM thinks it would be best to take these substances regularly, maybe daily for some time before the MDMA. Since you have 2 grams you should probably experiment with that some time to get down a perfect MDMA routine for yourself .
