Swim's about to make first attempt with kava! help!
Ok so swim just received 30 kava pills from an auction, there 40% kavalactone and 200mg kavalactone per pill and 500mg total kava, how many should swim take??? thanks! this will be swim's first attempt with kava!

swim would go with one or 2 then if swim can handle it redose. its better to start small with new substances. have fun!!

swim takes 13 pills of 75 kavalactones and swim feels mighty good after.
