Fentanyl patch question

SWIM recently aquired a 100mcg per hour patch. He has pretty much no tolerance but decent opiate experience. Would it be kosher if he put the patch on for 2 hours took it off and repeated this way till it was gone? or is there i better method. and yea i searched. thanks

IMHO youd be fine outside of allergies or drug interactions.

SWIM has used most brands of fentanyl patch and finds they only stick once, she also finds it takes a good 12 hours to build up in the system, if SWIY removes one after 2 hours he may well be disappointed. 100mcg is rather strong if SWIY has no tolerance, remove the patch as soon as the high turns into feeling ill, the patch is at it's best on the second day but SWIY can speed things up by using a heat pad on the patch. Always respect fentanyl until SWIY knows how it affects him personally.

with morphine patches swim would cut a corner off and but it in his mouth and suck on it and it would get him really fucked up, swim is sure u can do the same thing with the fentanyl patch if u wanted to

Swim agrees that if the patch is moved to much, it losses a lot of its adhessiveness. Absorption through the skin is also a fairly slow process, so leaving it on constantly would probably be best. He would also guess that a piece of it in the mouth would taste similar to shit, but he isn't sure.

Which type of patch? Is it the Mylan patch or the other type which has a liquid resovior? If it's the squishy type with the gel in it you can cut it open and hold the gel in your mouth (SWIM finds it works best when placed under the tongue). Don't swallow, just hold the accumulating liquid in your mouth for a wicked buzz. SWIM has heard the same about the Mylan patches and is trying it that way for the first time.

WARNING... SWIM has blacked out when doing this in the past and SWIM is VERY Opoid tolerant...

SWIM totally agrees. In fact, SWIM highly discourages any such usage unless you know what you're doing and are already very, very tolerant. Fentanyl abuse is a good way to permanently nod.

swif ended up in a hospital after eating 1/3 of a day old used patch he got from a friend.he was only 15-16 at the time so that might of had something to do with it...

but in other words eat the tinyist amount you can(if any) wait 20-25 mins then see if you need more,fentanyl some scary(yet fun) stuff.

ya fo sho when swim was younger he ate a corner and got really sick and started puking and than dry heaving it sucked ass and last a long time

if you dont really have a tolerance to opiates,then doing the highest dosage of fentanyl patch is probably a really bad idea,and the trouble with the patch is,whichever way you mess around with it,you really dont know how much of its going into your system,and once its in,your f---ked! i am sure the 100mcg patch has been fatal in similar cases of people not used to opiates doing it.
