Swim dosent know the strength. its a round tablet with the numbers 4211 inscribed on it. any one have any info?

Do a Google search for 'pill identification' or some such string. There are sites that can identify most pills if one can provide certain basic information such as, color, shape, and any alpha/numeric writing on the pill (such as the number you mentioned).

One such site is: hxxp://www.drugs.com/pill_identification.html (replace the 'xx' with 'tt')
Doesn't work for all of them, but it does get most.
