Smokable opium from seeds?

Swim knows smokable opium is almost impossible to make from pods since there is a lot of other things besides latex in them. However, seeds obtain their morphine content when latex comes in contact with them and gets stuck to the seed. Since it is just latex on seeds, shouldn't it be possible to slowly evaporate PST down to a good quanity of smokable opium.
