Major headaches after Meth !!!!

Swim smoke about point 5 of Meth the other day , after the 4th hit or so Swim felt a major headache & throbbin on side and back of head and felt dizzy....... does anyone know why ????

Swiy might well have given swiyself an anyeurism. This is potentially fatal. Swim suggests swiy lay off the meth.....Is it worth swiy's life?

amphetamines are vasoconstrictors, and it raises your body heat a little so it increases persperation, and that can lead to dehydration, or headaches. so drink water or take it easy on the tweak.

Vasoconstrictors help alleviate headaches so seriously this is cause for concern. Drinking lots of water is always a good idea tweaking or not. Do get this checked out if swiy can it's not to be played with. I have more than one friend who used a lot of meth with anyuerisms and they are not to be toyed with.

runfromMURDER why don't you keep your mouth shut about shit you know NOTHING about?!? Swiy has what like 3 weeks experience with meth and swiy are some kind of expert? More like a dangerous wingnut! Swiy may think swiy has a tiger by it's tail but believe swim it has you firmly in it's teeth.

http://www.muhealth.org/neuromed/aneurysm.shtml says causes of aneurysms are sometimes "possible habitual use of cocaine", which is similar to meth in effect -- and signs involve massive headache and dizzyness among other things (all the things OP listed)

to be sure though, going to the doctor might be a good idea? catch this thing before it bursts, or on the other side of things, know you have nothing to worry about (hopfully)

btw, any dehydration related headaches swim has ever had are slow in onset and gentle... not focused and sudden, or involving dizzyness for that matter- it seems especially unlikely that this is dehydration related due to the timing (just as swiy took a hit)

Ever had a garden hose with a weak spot on a hot summer day?. The same thing happens with meth. Body temp is elevated, pressure gets elevated, the heart beats faster pushing more blood..ANY weak spots in the blood vessels will expand and possibly blow out... major pain and throbbing in the head along with dizziness is NOTHING to be taken lightly.......unless one doesn't give a shit about their life. Bad thing about strokes though is....they don't always end in death....many times something worse than death. Swim is not trying to be melodramatic either...just stating a FACT of what swim has seen over 35 years of being around meth users. The users that took "warning" signs seriously are the ones that are still alive. The ones that blew off the signs are the ones, dead, can't talk, can't walk....partially paralyzed....it is swiy's choice to make.

Yeah well runfrom MURDER knows so much about meth with his vast wealth of experience.....I am sure if when you smoke meth you just relax and drink lots of water it will all be fine. And he wonders why I scold him. It's all fun and games to a high school punk kid experiementing but in the end it's rarely fun and games.

My point is, that if it is an anyeurism, and it does show many of the signs of potentially being one, then this is a VERY serious thing runfrom. Also swim has over 10 years of experiences swimself. Swim would really like to save swiy a lot of trouble because swim knows where this stuff leads. If swiy's friend is aso swiy's dealer believe swim he probably isn't really swiy's friend. very few people, especially "dealers" are anyone friend at all. If swim is hard on you it's because swim cares about you and doesn't want to see you go through the hell that swim and so many of swims' friends have gone through. Swim doesn't hate you or anything like that at all. Swim cares and swim's heart goes out to you. Take care of swiyself ok?
