Interesting kratom effect..

I had kratom tea for the first time recently, and I enjoyed it, great
for relaxing and stoned feeling. But it had a rather strange
effect on me! I couldn't really express emotions. Normally
I smile and laugh alot, but when I was talking to some people, and
watching television, I couldn't smile or laugh at all. I was
wondering if anyone else has had this effect?



Oh, and something good about kratom, I found that when I peaked, I
could have fallen asleep immediately if I had wanted to, but as I began
coming down I was no longer tired. That is a good thing for me to
know, because I have some bad insomnia. I am prescribed three
different sleep medicines to take at night, and they hardly affect me
at all. So kratom is a good alternative once in a while if I am
in desperate need of sleep.



Also, I was wondering if the 'Super Kratom' being sold from various
vendors is really more potent, and if so, how much more potent?

my only experience with kratom has been with super kratom at a dosage of 6 grams. Super Kratom is definetly active at the 6 gram level but i dont know how it would compare to 6 grams of regular kratom. I ended up spending the entire evening relaxed on my bed not wanting to move listening to tracks from shpongle and hallucinogen.

6 grams consumed as tea you mean? For smoking that is a lot.

Thanks for the info, Cyalume! It took alot more than 6 grams of
regular kratom powder in tea to get me feeling it good. Although
it may not have been very good kratom, and I also seem to be a hardhead
with alot of different substances I have tried [including morphine].
