Need an answer on NY blue laws
I'm writing what seems to be a 8,000 word short story about love, lust, need and addiction.
For realism, I need to know the Sunday laws in place, upstate NY, circa '88. I know where to look for current laws, but not historical ones. Here's what I'm going with, unless informed otherwise: 1. Liquor store sales are out. 2. Sales at bars w/o food sales are out. 3. Beer (and wine?) legal in conveinence stores. 4. Post-12PM sales at REAL hotels (not those "so-called" hotels like PA) legal.
