Meth strength compared to d-amp

How much stronger is crystal methamphetamine compared to pure d-amphetamine? Is it that much of a difference or is it fairly close in strength? How does the high compare, because SWIM has only done meth before and is planning on buying some pure d-amphetamine powder.

The highs are nothing similar as far as swim is concerned....d-amphetamine does not have the "drive" crystal meth gives

Same as mad, any speed will may swim go towards the meth. No other speed seems satisfactory as meth even though it is bad.

i really like dextroamphetamine, but it doesnt give the rush that crystal does. i can do enough d-amps to get a rush but it is nothing like the rush from some glass.

SWIM has done both in good quantities, and he can certainly say a nice line of pure, racemic amphetamine sulphate gives the same rush a a good dose of meth, the only noticeable difference is that methamphetamine is smoother, with less peripheral stimulation.

When SWIY stated that "SWIM has done both in good quantities," was SWIY referring to racemic amphetamine and methamphetamine, or was SWIY referring to dextroamphetamine and methamphetamine?

The reason I ask is due to the name of this thread being "meth strength compared to d-amp."

Dextroamphatemine is not the same as racemic amphetamine, but rather just a single isomer of amphetamine, specifically the right isomer which is more active in the CNS. Racemic amphetamine causes more PNS stimulation due to the incorporation of levoamphetamine (the left isomer).

So, how does d-amp compare to the strength of the racemic d,l-meth?

Though racemic meth is still more potent than d-amphetamine, SWIM finds both d-amphetamine and d,l-meth much more useful for performance and focus related tasks, like writing a long paper. SWIM finds d-meth to be best suited for all night long partying, both d-amphetamine and racemic meth can be used for this purpose as well, but are less suited.
