swim did but to many results popped up and none of them helped, but thanks, he will look around for that 5htp.

It's full chemical name is 5-Hydroxytryptophan but 5-HTP will be the prominent lettering on the bottle. It should be noted that 5-HTP should not be taken in combination with MAOIs or SSRIs so if one is undergoing treatment for depression consult a physician before taking 5-HTP.

SWIM heard it takes about 2 weeks to completely refresh serotonin levels after like an ecstasy dosage. But even then, it wouldn't completely 100% rejuvinate, that's why the first trip is always the best.

Can anyone confirm this?

I don't think that's why the first experience is the best, I just think its because it the first experience. It only really loses the magic of newness.

As for the serotonin dip I think it all depends on the person and how much MDMA was taken. But

usually its just a couple of days and sometimes up to 10, its not impossible though for it to be longer.

after doing some research, its found that serotonin levels drop for 6 hours after mdma ingestion and then they return to normal within 24 hours, where the serotonin levels drop again.
