New to herbal pills.

I hadn't even heard of herbal pills until recently! SWIM has had the other pills before. SWIM would like to know can these herbal pills give the same effect or at least similar, can they make you feel loved up, really happy and dance away!? Can you hallocinate on them?
SWIM/Y recommended orange extras, read they last 8hrs or something - if swim needed to sleep could swim do some cocaine to bring the herbal pill down? Does SWIY recommend these.

Please answer in similar language, I don't understand all the ingredients, terminology just yet!
