Drug info - 10ml vial Diazepam(valium) Injection question: How best to take?

"My Flamingo" has recently obtained a 10ml. vial of Diazepam(Valium) Injection liquid.

I was wondering if Diazepam Injection liquid could be heated on a hot plat and turned to powder like Ketamine, then snorted in bumps or lines?

The crazy bird has tried to do as much research as possible and just found out that most commonly people just get diazepam in pill form. Its then taken orally. Or that it comes in a drinkable liquid, that people also take orally. So besides the obvious taking the 10ml vial through IM/IV, which "My Flamingo" is not going to do... She's just wanting to know whats the best way to take the Diazepam Injection Liquid?

each ml. of Diazepam Injection contains 5mg of Diazepam. Do people heat the injection liquid to a powder and make it snortable?

huh how did you get bad rep already?

theoretically you should be able to evap the liquid and snort,but eyeballing a mg dose is impossible.it would probably be best to inject.

i dont see anything wrong with how you asked it,whats it say in your rep area under user cp? i have no knowledge of diazapam but most chems suspended in a liquid you can put on a plate with another plate on top of it and microwave at 5-10 sec intervals while letting it cool in between heating and it should leave a pile of powder behind.just remember 50mg isnt alot of powder and your not going to need much.you should dilute it and use a syringe to dose it under your tounge just do the math to figure out exactly how much you have in each dose.

shouldent be much worse then normal diazapam,it would probly be best to add a inert powder,look for manitol at a health food store,add a known amount then it should be alot safer to snort/judge a dose.

Yeah it shouldn't be very bad (burn) because it will just be pure daizepam (mybe sodium too if the solution is saline). It would be more intense and its clean just get a clean needle. It's safe medical solution you won't get sick if you do it right.

I guess it burned her nose pretty bad too. Does anyone know of any good legal cutting powders to mix with the Diazepam powder so it dosnt burn so bad, and where to get them in the US?

Diazepam is not very water soluable and is therefore fairly innefective to snort. My advice is to tell your flamingo to take it orally, sublingually or look into rectal administration.

If he still had it in solution in a sealed vial IM (or indeed IV) injection would have been an option.

there are many many reports which indicate, as SWIfnord said, that benzodiazepines are best taken sublingually.

How does Swim do under the tounge? Whats the process?

2.)lift tounge
3.)place desired substance under tounge
4.)allow to sit for a min or two.try allow saliva to get under tounge/dont swallow.
5.)relax

If one wants to inject a benzodiazepine intravenously, please don't forget to inject it very slowly, due to respiratory depression when injected to fast.

iv formulations of diazepam can also be quite irritant to veins, so slow injection is important for that reason too.

Ok so Swim should take the now turned powder and place under tongue? Should Swim mix with a little water or anything? After a few minutes does Swim swallow the Diazepam or spit it out?

Umm...err...SWIM lets it absorb. SWIM doesn't spit it out.

Swim took a nice size bump of Diazepam powder and placed it under his tounge last night and felt a little relaxed and sleepy but nothin to intense or as intense and Swim would like it to be. Swim was wondering if you could smoke the Diazepam Injection powder in a bowl of bud and feel the effects better?

No. Do not smoke diazepam. It simply breaks down into unknown, and possibly, toxic by-products.

SWIM thinks IV formulations should really be injected IV, after all thats what its meant for. As previously mentioned just go steady with it, SWIY won't be dissapointed.

Swim tried the Diazepam Injection powder under the tongue twice now. Still no effects it seems. How much should Swim take? The first time Swim took a little bump, about the size of a Yay-Yo bump and held it under the tongue until it completly dissolved. The second time Swim took about a double bump. still nothing. Swim's scale are broken. so if any one can give advice on dosage try to compare to a teaspoon or something. Thanks
