Tramadol Tolerance

Swim has been a fan of recreational tramadol usage for years now, and was wondering how often it can be taken while avoiding acquiring a tolerance.

Will 50mg twice a week be too much? Swim knows tramadol experiences vastly differ, but does anyone have an opinion?
