Autoasphyxiation would likely be classified under option 2. the main goal of option 2 is to describe a 'strictly inanimate paraphenalia and their related behavior', I don't consider drugs to be inanimate. But asphyxiation can be classified as such because in my opinion it represents an inanimate action/behavior.

For the record- swim's honey will only engage intercourse under alcohol or on a rare adderall adventure. Pretty vanilla. I long for something more. (Not animals)

If you consider drugs not to be inanimate, you shouldn't consider asphyxiation to be. It shares a lot in common with drugs.

I think people move a lot when there are longing for air. Of course at a certain point, the behavior will become inanimate. Maybe you need an option: "Other deviation(s), describe below." It would clear the matter.

Anyway, I find it very interesting to study a said individual's sexual preferences, desires, and reasons therefor. Libido and lustful desire are most curious ideas to explore, as they are, I beleive an insight into the deepest part of a person's psyche. The desire to have sexual release is only behind the desire to breath and eat in terms of necessity, and the latter are pretty straightforward as to why they are so necessary...... But sexual preference------IT CHANGES SO MUCH PERSON TO PERSON. People all range from celibate/Victorian attitudes on sex to gutterwhore/molester end of the spectrum.
