Swim wants to buy whip cream chargers, where is the best place swim could get them? swim tried going to target and dominicks but no luck. Also where can i get a cracker and for how much? can swim just poke a hole in it and fill a balloon up with it?

ok what is with these vague answers. the 1st one was a smart ass one which was not needed, swim is just looking for the best place to buy and google hasnt helped because on targets site it said they had them. also swim doesnt get what the 2nd poster meant by read the rules. swim wasnt breaking any forum rules. cream chargers are legal to buy so dicussion of where to buy is ok. if swim double posted then swim is sorry, could swim be directed to the right place becausee swim searched and didnt get any good answers.

Whip cream chargers have a legitimate use (whipping cream).

Do you put whipped cream into balloons? That is not a legitimate use, therefore the rules of the forum do not allow the discussion of sources or prices for legitimate products used in illegitimate ways.

I have to make a small correction there though J, it is allowed to discus legal items sold at chain stores. Asking where one can buy Sudafed, DXM cough syrup/gelcaps or in the UK, OTC codeine, is allowed. Prices still aren't allowed though.
As long as it isn't for recreational purposes, and we all know you won't abuse it, it's just for inflating balloons at your kids party, right?

Yes and no. The laws are complex, and vary depending on jurisdiction (so what's legal in Ireland may not be legal in the US and vice-versa). I believe that in some jurisdictions it's is illegal to abuse N2O, even though it's legal to buy and possess it.

In the UK (which I know is not your jurisdiction, but is likely to have similar laws), N2O is legal to buy, possess and use. However, it's an offense under the medicines act to supply it for recreational use as it is then classed as a medicine (although this is rarely enforced).

The point is that what may be legal in your jurisdiction may be illegal in another. To further complicate things, laws change over time and some are retroactive.

livestowrestle, just have them shipped through the mail if it's legal where you live. Why would you want to drive to the store and pay retail prices? Head shops that carry nitrous chargers tend to sell them for 25% to 50% more than you can purchase them for online.
