What are the best drugs or substances to enjoy stretching or doing yoga?

Labmonkey always loved doing yoga/qigong and such while on either low doses or during the comedown of higher dose acid, mushrooms, or just pleasantly stoned on some cannabis. Very luxurious feeling to streeeeetch, ahh.

Swim once made very unexpected, but controlled, stretches while on a high dose 2-CB (24 mg).

I actually find that having acupuncture done, and then doing yoga, is a high within itself and no other drugs are needed to have a fantastic experience.

Swim finds finds small doses of Ketamine good for streching out. And cannabis can be great for it if swim can get the motivation to get up and start.

tayo, dont mix f*ckin' drugs and yoga. the purpose за yoga is not a stretching. the purpose is state of mindless. when your head is empty and clean, when your body is relaxed - all the necessary stretching is taking place without any drugs or efforts.

Opiates amd ketamine for SWIM. Especially after lifting weights (The day after when resting).

SWIM has had some success with doing spontaneous yoga, so called kriyas on ketamine (see my thread on kundalini) you can really stretch, but he would advice against it. Yoga is not about stretching as much as releasing the blockades that prevent one from stretching, blockades of either physical or emotional origin, and these would most likely be overlooked and not resolved if doing yoga on drugs. Also with many postures a cleansing of the body is going on, and you can sweat out alot of contaminants, drugs would only add more work to this process. With a pure mind and body no effort is necessary for stretching and even less drugs.
