Feels like mdma... but no reaction...

SWIM recently went to a great music festival, and although he didn't want to partake in any substances originally, he got very drunk and therefore stupid...

It should be noted that he had first had a tiiiiiny dab of mdma and k off some friends, but then many hours later he found himself quite lost and ended up buying what he thought was mdma off a stranger.

The experience felt very much like mdma (difficult to discern from other experiences - he was very chatty and happy etc), and he even had the comedown effects the next day.

However, when he got home he tested the substance, and found it was not mdma (wasn't pma either which would react with robadrob)....

(the test kits work, because he tested a second time both that substance and some of his own mdma which reacted successfully)

very confusing... anybody got any ideas??? perhaps it may be a similar substance like mbdb (does that react?)
