How sick do you get eating the seeds? (Morning Glory)
Just the ground up seeds, no sort of extraction. Empty or full stomache, doesn't matter (for the poll's sake).
How sick did you feel on a scale of 0-10. 0 meaning no nausea at all, 10 meaning the sickest you've ever been. If you vomitted, please vote 5 or higher (I know that you don't necessarily always feel that sick when you vomit, but just for the sake of research).
I have heard many people complaining of nausea, although when Swim (I'm new here, but from what I gather, "Swim" is a theoretical being who may or may not actually exist?) tried them, he felt no nausea at all. However, swim has eaten raw beef, things years past expiration, and all sorts of other gross stuff, and has not felt the slightest sickness from any of that.
I'd like to know if alot of people have nausea, or if Swim really has an iron stomach.
Swim has tried morning glory seeds twice. The first time (9 grams) they weren't ground up very well, and were drank with a milkshake on an empty stomache. This didn't work well, which I assume is because of A) not being well ground and especially B) they were ingested with a milkshake, which takes a very long time to digest. Swim felt a slight
The second time worked fantastic, as they were ground to sand consistency, and were mixed with salsa and eaten with tortilla chips (9g), and 2 hours later with another 6g stuffed into a hostess cupcake. Swim only felt some considerable (but not awful) cramping in his inner thighs, but no nausea.
Only 1 hour in when almost no effects were felt, Swim was considering trying more to further improve the trip. Considerable effects were not felt until about 1hour 30min in, at which point they were relatively weak (yet clear).
Swim's friend who also tried morning glory seeds in the same salsa method first felt considerable nausea, and was considering not even trying more seeds by 1 hour due to that nausea. However, after feeling considerable effects at 1:30, he also ingested more, and reported mild nausea from that, but that the trip was well worth the nausea.
However, another friend of Swim's has tried morning glory 3 times in several methods, and has vomitted all 3 times, (although he did sucessfully trip most recently, depsite vomiting).
