health issues in combining cocaine and amphetamines?
This may be a stupid question, but just to be safe...

Would SWIM be correct in assuming that taking a 25mg Adderoll and perhaps throwing a couple lines of coke be safe?

It's risky to mix drugs that have the same upper or downer effect. Two stimulates at the same time such as amphetamines and coke is very dangerous as well as two downers like heroin and alcohol. If you must experiment, use small amounts and treat your heart with respect.

Last time SWIM mixed coke and amphetamine, his blood pressure was upwards of 180.

Yeah, the combination can be potentially lethal. Not recommended! SWIM prefers simply doing fatter lines...

In theory, prazosin or doxazosin (alpha1-adrenergic antagonists) may be useful to counteract the vasoconstrictive effects of cocaine and amphetamines. Any practical observations on that?

also different people will be affected differently you should know you body well enough to try it. no one should ever do something they think they might not be able to handle. so swim should do what swim feels he could handle.

SWIM hasn't personally made use of alpha-blockers, though he supposes they would work. It's always a good idea to take aspirin to reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke.
