Storing - take old LSD?

A friend has been asking if it's safe to take some old LSD?
It is from the early '70s, supposedly made from Owsley substrate, in tiny gelatin squares. 500 mikes each.
He said it has mostly been kept frozen, except after some quakes and floods when the electricity went out.
Wants to know if it's still the same/still as strong?

Swim doesnt know for sure how much swiy's LSD has degraded....but if it was kept in the freezer all the time it should still be active to some extent. No way to certain.

I've always heard that LSD is a fragile compound that can break down fairly easily. Maybe eat a fraction of the square first before an entire one in case something has changed.

if it were to break down youd be left with a weaker dose,so then whats the opint of eating less of a already waker dose?if anything youd need to eat more!but seeing as there .5mg i wouldent suggest eating more then 1!

In 1976 Bongo did some 1965 Sandoz LSD-25. Kept frozen in solution of dark rum.

There had been no degredation. Oh boy!! Had there been no degredation.
