Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Last month swim took two 10 mg cyclobenzaprines(Flexeril)initially he didn't feel much but then got in the shower and just felt sort of non caring and spaced out and tired.Swim sort of fell down on the shower floor and grinned and went to sleep under the hot water for about twenty minutes.Afterwards swim had a little difficulty getting out and drying off.Swim felt pretty decent,a little like a benzo a tiny bit like carisoprodol.Swim sat down and chatted on the internet and looked at DF for a little while.Swim felt himself getting ever more tired and went to bed and woke up later that night. Not a bad substance but it sure aint hydromorphone or oxycontin!

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Swim here is put to sleep for days on Flexeril, They do have a hangover about them too, just as mentioned by Betsym. They dont produce any high or recreational qualities only sleep and swim can sleep anytime and would rather be awake .. So as not to miss anything LOL

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Monkey has some of these for when he has siezures. He rarely has seizures though, so sometimes he takes them when he wants to get some sleep. In fact he just took a couple so he should be nodding off pretty soon. No recreational value. If he had anything of recreational value he would have taken those instead of going to sleep

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

SWIM received an overwhelming amount of 5mg flexeril. Would 10mg + some bonghits be a good combination? SWIM has heard reports of "swollen tongues" causing serious, serious issues with high doses of flexeril combined with pot.

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Oddly enough, my kitten got awful panic attacks from cyclobenzaprine- he was taking it with his usual snack of hydrocodone even!

After his panic attacks, he would feel woozy and fall asleep.
Not recreational, IMO. Could be good for sleep, so long as you don't have the same paradoxical reaction that my kitten did. It should be noted that he is prone to such panic attacks.

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Jesus took this with 15mg hydrocodone with no tolerance and 10mg cyclobenzaprine and two enourmous blunts. He used to party pretty hard. But shortly afterwards, he forgot to breathe and started to panic. Due to lack of oxygen from forgetting to breathe, he started hallucinating (to an extent) and feeling horribly sick. He turned pitch white and felt godawful. Jesus would not recommend this.

That's actually very interesting.

St. Christopher spent a sort-of two day binge ingesting large amounts of cyclobenzaprine and hydrocodone. He would dose about three times a day, usually killing 20-30 mg flexeril and 25-35 mg lortab. he felt pretty good during those two days; he loves a good opioid buzz. however, he was very disappointed to discover that the only effect the flexeril produced was an actual temporary lowering of his intelligence and mental sharpness. he hated this; he felt so f-ing stupid! anyone else noticed this?!

This story describes an actual event. It is not fiction. Names have been changed to protect the persons involved.

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

Goodness that's a high dose, but Jesus isn't the biggest guy (with a low, low tolerance to opiates, thank goodness ). Tell St. Christopher that too many CNS depressants can cause serious respiratory issues, as I have researched this greatly in the hopes of better understanding Jesus's near death experience.

Re: quick advice

Pill Identification links - do NOT ask for pill IDs on this forum!

From the rules:

• Use descriptive Topic Subject. This will help others find what they want to read. Topics with bad Topic subjects may be deleted! - there's nothing more annoying than looking at all those stupid "A stupid question" subject lines. I mean, I'm damn lazy, but how hard is it to type "A stupid question about (insert something here)"? As a rule of thumb, most thread titles should include the full name of the drug discussed.

A rule many tend to forget will cause a mass of warnings soon...

I had no idea what this was going to be about based on the title.

20mg flexeril + some weed...swim wouldn't worry for a second.

In general marijuana can be mixed with most things safely (at least safe for the body, marijuana can totally potentiate psychedelics)

I rather doubt that SWIY will find any value in taking cyclobenzeprine. My wife has a prescription and says that it feels pretty nasty.

flexeril is such a weak muscle-relaxent you would think this, but swim knows people that would take it over soma (swim says their crazy, but they swear by it). I was prescribed some once and didn't see how people could get recreational benefit out of it (I also didn't see how people got theraputic benifits from it either tho). They got tossed in the trash.

It should be noted that swim has heard of ppl OD'ing on this drug because the recreational effects are so subtle and thus the people taking an amount this is much larger than what is intended in therapy and in amounts that are nowhere close to what would be considered safe.

Re: quick advice: Cyclobenzaprine for recreation?

Flexeril/Cyclobenzaprine is a VERY dirty feeling drug. Its like being hit in the head with a sedative truck ... in a really bad way too...

SWIM thinks it feels like a high dose of diphenhydramine, causing urinary retention, dry mouth, tachycardia, dry eye, and drowsyness. In SWIM's opinion, Soma is the only abuseable muscle relaxant.

Re: quick advice: Cyclobenzaprine for recreation?

swim took 1 of the flexril and it was a very drowsy stoney high swim took another an hour into and then started dazing in and out slightly but enough to realise what happened, so all in all swim had a decent time, but fell asleep and didnt wake up till 14 hours later, so i guess if your looking for a sedate evenin have at it, i dont think swim will ever pop them again

Re: Cyclobenzaprine

He has noticed no feelings similar to the buzz of opiates but when Swim first took 30 mg or above, he grew fairly tired. This stuff is great for getting rest but in the name of recreation there is nothing enjoyable really, and if Swiy is lookin' to party, he may find a bit of disappointment.

Re: Cyclobenzaprine

When my houseplants were just seedlings they learned that anything in the medicine cabinet with the sleepy face sticker was worth checking out. Any bottle with a sleepy face sticker and a traffic light sticker was gold. (Fortunately they learned to read not long thereafter and thus became able to differentiate, say, opiates from antihistamines.) Before developing a tolerance to these suckers, the seedlings spent many a party night conked out with their collective heads next to a garbage bag full of empty beer cans while rocking teenage parties carried on in the background.

In other words, cyclobenzaprine is a sleepy face and a traffic light, but once you learn to read you will open your eyes to see that you're looking at nothing but garbage.

It's not really even that hot for it's clinical purpose, though it does the job well enough that a few of the surviviing cuttings still have a stash of 15 or so doses of cyclo left for when the need hits and a more mind-bending (read: diazepam family) or sedating ( read: tizanidine) m.r. is eithe r innappropriate or unavailable.

Yea, what everyone else said. It's good for sleep. It is a skeletal muscle relaxant, so you feel a bit relaxed, but for swim it was more of just a heavy feeling rather than the opiate induced kind of relaxation.

SWIM has never been prescribed carisoprodol, however he's been prescribed several other muscle relaxants and found and out of cyclobenzaprine, methocarbamol, and a few other worthless pills, that tizanidine was the only one worth having around.

Re: The Combined Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine) Thread

SWIM tried this once but for the love of god/allah/buddah don't try snorting this stuff 1) despite what SWIM has read about it not burning SWIM found out that it burns like hell and 2) it actually works better if you just take it normally. It just made SWIM really relaxed other than that it didn't really do much
