Which is potentially chapest (assume you're buying kilos of potent unprocessed kratom and 200 bottles of 222 AC&C for CWE)

SWAT thinks "euphoric" isn't the best word for describing the feeling of well-being for either highs, but kratom can be very cheap depending on the quantity bought- the more bought the cheaper it is per dose. It's like buying herbs in bulk. So potentially kratom could be cheaper, and also purchasing 200 bottles of codeine might be difficult to do without arrousing curiosity.
